Includes custom design with to work exclusively with our design team with 4-5 bedrooms, bathrooms, gym rooms, extra customizations and up with shop layouts, basements and two story layouts. This is for large custom barndominiums, basements and shops. Deliverables include: 2 D, 3 D Plans, MEP layout, door and window scheduling, 3 revisions, code research, interior layout, preliminary foundational plans, preliminary structural plans and consulting.
